Return Policy

Digital Course Nature

All programs offered by Quomlareblox are digital courses with immediate access to materials and mentor resources. Because access is granted upon enrollment, traditional product returns do not apply.

Cooling-Off and Cancellations

If you have not accessed course materials or booked mentor sessions, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase. Once content is accessed or sessions are booked, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.

Refund Requests

• Submit your request with proof of purchase and the reason for the refund
• Include your account email and the course name to help us review quickly
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Partial Refunds and Credits

In some cases we may offer a partial refund or course credit when only a small portion of the material has been accessed and no live sessions were used. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from issuance.

Rescheduling Sessions

You may reschedule a booked mentor session at least 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited to respect advisor scheduling.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed consultations, mentor sessions, or portfolio reviews
• Downloadable assets once delivered
• Certificates already issued
